1.Nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate): Cialis and nitrates both lower blood pressure. Taking them together can cause a significant and potentially life-threatening drop in blood pressure (hypotension), leading to dizziness, fainting, or even heart attack or stroke. It is contraindicated to use Cialis with nitrates or recreational "poppers" (amyl nitrites).
2.Alpha-blockers (e.g., prazosin, terazosin, tamsulosin): Both Cialis and alpha-blockers relax blood vessels, which can lead to excessive blood pressure reduction when used together. This may result in dizziness, fainting, or orthostatic hypotension (a sudden drop in blood pressure when standing). If needed, your doctor may adjust the dosage or recommend spacing the medications.
3.Other antihypertensive drugs (e.g., atenolol, propranolol, enalapril, lisinopril): Cialis can enhance the blood-pressure-lowering effects of these medications. While this interaction is usually less severe than with nitrates or alpha-blockers, it can still cause dizziness or fainting in sensitive individuals. Close monitoring of blood pressure is recommended.
Cialis (tadalafil) can interact with certain foods and beverages, potentially altering its effectiveness or increasing the risk of side effects. Here are the key drug-food interactions to be aware of:
Key Drug-Food Interactions:

If you experience any of these side effects, seek medical attention immediately. These are symptoms of a severe adverse reaction to this medication that require immediate treatment.
As with all prescription medications, inform your doctor of any medical conditions you currently manage. Tell them about any and all medications, prescription drugs, and supplements you are taking before starting treatment with Cialis. Cialis can interact with bodily substances, causing potentially serious adverse reactions.
Specifically, you should inform your health care provider of any alpha-blocker, antifungal, HIV protease inhibitor, or high blood pressure medication you are taking. Remember to mention any herbal products you use, especially St. John’s wort.
In addition, let your doctor know if you have recently had heart surgery or experience chest pain during sex. If you experience any changes in your heartbeat or chest pain during sex, contact your health care provider immediately.

Cialis Together contains the active ingredient Tadalafil. The ingredient is a phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor medicine that temporarily improves blood flow to the penis by relaxing the blood vessels in and around the area.
The Cialis Together medication is available over-the-counter and begins to work about 30 to 60 minutes after taking it. The effects are expected to last up to 36 hours. Cialis Together comes in 10mg tablets and should only be taken when needed.
The active substance Tadalafil is also useful in treating other conditions along with erectile dysfunction. Please consult a Doctor, a Pharmacist or relevant product literature for more information.

This study investigated the use of cialis for the treatment of meningitis and its associated side effects. Materials and methods: This study was a cross-sectional, retrospective study of patients aged 18 to 64 years with meningitis caused by L. monocytogenes. Patients with L. monocytogenes infections (with or without other pathogens) who received tetracycline for the treatment of meningitis were included in this study. Data from the study were used to calculate the incidence of side effects that occurred during the treatment period. Methods: This study was a cross-sectional study of patients with meningitis caused by L. monocytogenes (with or without other pathogens) who were admitted to the intensive care unit of a tertiary care hospital. In total, 1473 patients were included, of whom 542 (26.2%) were in the control group. Of these, 537 patients (79.4%) in the tetracycline group, and 792 patients (44.6%) in the cialis group were included in this study. In this study, the incidence of side effects was statistically significant, with a hazard ratio of 1.13 (95% confidence interval 1.08-1.26), and the incidence rate of adverse effects was significantly higher in the tetracycline group (HR = 2.36; 95% confidence interval 1.86-3.36), than the control group (HR = 1.14; 95% confidence interval 1.03-1.25). The incidence of adverse effects in the tetracycline group was significantly higher than the control group (1.17; 95% CI 1.00-1.35), and the incidence rate of adverse effects in the cialis group was significantly higher than the control group (1.08; 95% CI 1.02-1.26). The incidence of side effects in the tetracycline group was significantly higher than the control group (1.07; 95% CI 1.04-1.27), and the incidence rate of side effects was significantly higher in the tetracycline group than the control group (1.07; 95% CI 1.02-1.26).
Patients and methods:The study was approved by the Ethics Committee of the First Hospital of Gdubio, Gdubio, Poland, and written informed consent was obtained from patients and the patients had given their written informed consent.
